About the job as Store Manager

As a store manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, and results. You actively work in the store alongside your staff and primarily create a positive experience for our customers through a commercial store and personal service. Our assortment includes non-food items, ranging from toys, clothing, household goods, cleaning supplies, and grills.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. The team consists of a store manager, a sales manager, and 7 salespeople.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have, in addition to a high school education, store management training and relevant industry experience as a store manager where you have had personnel, budget, and result responsibility. You speak and write Swedish fluently, have good IT skills, are results-oriented, and practice good leadership.
